This Winter "Mint" Party
was SO much fun to style and create. Since Wonderfully Made Events website
has just been redesigned by Jacquelinne Altom at Smitten: http://www.smittenblogdesigns.com/ I
thought what better way to celebrate than to throw a Christmas in November photo
shoot. I LOVE the colors mint and red together so I decided to stick with the
mint theme and create a bunch of mint treats for the dessert table.
Decorating for a Christmas Dessert
table is SO fun! For this Mint dessert table I used old vintage window panes,
pinecones, old painted frames, pieces of wood, vintage sleigh, wreath,
ornaments, flag pennants made out of scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby & twine, decorated
tape by Martha Stewart used on drinking jars, presents wrapped in paper from
World Market. I found all my cake pop sticks, cupcake liners and paper straws
at World Market. Ice cream cups and flag topper was bought at TJ Maxx. Wooden Signs are made by Joanie Ennessy.
This dessert table was made up of,
Chocolate fudge MINT Cupcakes, Homemade MINT Fudge, Vanilla MINT chocolate
covered pretzels, Iced Mint Mocha fraps, Chocolate dipped MINTOreo’s, MINT Chip
Ice cream, Pretzel MINT Chocolate rounds, Mint Fudge Chip Cake Pops and Mint
Vanilla crème Mousse. All made by Wonderfully Made Events.
A BIG thank you to my sister
Christina Bos who shot all the photos for this event!
