Christmas Pops, Cookies & Treats

I have had a fun week of baking all of these yummy treats. I just delivered another order of treats for a birthday party this morning. Although my daughter woke up this morning and immediately asked me "mommy what are we going to bake today?" I am taking the day off and  spending it relaxing and enjoying my family. We have had a fun month of December so far, our kids are loving the 25 days of Random Acts of Kindness. Our next big thing we are going to do is making hot chocolate and stand outside of a store passing them out. Can't wait for that! Below I will be listing several of recipes that I made over the last week. Enjoy!

Christmas Cake Pops

Ingredients:

1 box of cake mix (any flavor) I chose a yellow cake mix
1 can of vanilla frosting
1 pkg. white chocolate almond bark
sprinkles

Bake cake according to the package. Cool completely. In a separate bowl crumble up the entire cake. Add about a 3rd of the frosting to the cake crumbs. Mix all together. Take tablespoons or larger and roll into balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Melt a small amount of chocolate in the microwave for placing the sticks into the cake balls. After a small amount of chocolate is melted dip the end of the stick in the chocolate then place it on the center top of each cake ball. After all sticks are place into the cake balls, place them into the freezer for 15 minutes. Melt the rest of the chocolate in the bowl. Take cake balls out of the freezer. Dip cake ball in chocolate. Gentle tap off excess chocolate off, sprinkle or decorate.
