I am SO excited to share this
Mickey Mouse Theme Party with you!! My family is a huge Disney fan so this was
such a fun party to create. This party was for a little boy Luke who was
turning 2! His mom Kendra was such a wonderful person to work with on this
party. Being that she is a teacher, she was super organized and into every
detail like me J There were two dessert tables and they both consisted
of Mickey Mouse Cupcakes, Mickey Mouse Cake Pops, Mickey Mouse Oreo Pops,
Mickey Mouse Mini Cheesecakes, Mickey Mouse Rice Crispy Ears, Mickey Mouse
Sugar Cookies and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. There were Mickey Mouse ears
given to the guests along with a stuffed animal favor of Mickey and a Sugar
Cookie of Mickey. The centerpieces were painted Styrofoam balls made into
Mickey ears. The black lanterns were used as Mickey ears as well, with card stock
cut and glued on top and hung from the ceiling. All party Printables were
desgined by Lauren Haddox Designs. Luke’s mom had adorable Mickey hand towels
made for the bathroom along with Mickey Mouse soap (talk about every detail)
Even the wine glasses had Mickey charms on them! The tables and chairs were all
white and rented. There were Mickey Sandwiches made for the kids as well. This
party was absolutely adorable in every way. I was honored to be apart of this
cute party! Enjoy the pictures below!

Tangled Birthday Party
This party was a Tangled Theme
birthday party. I personally LOVE this
movie! I was excited to create a party using some different elemets throughout
the movie. I first decided to use the colors that are used for Rapanzel’s dress
which is the purple and pink. Since the symbol of the sun was such a huge part
of the movie I decided to put that into the scheme of things. I bought three
different patterns, chevron, polka dots and dasmask and deisgned several
different fabric banners to drap on my back drop. Since the lanterns are also
such a huge part I knew that I was going to use those for this party. On Pinterest I found a cute
party that created the purple lanterns with the sun on them, so I decided to
make some of my own that looked similar. Since we all know Tangled had her long
locks of hair I took lots of ribbon and did a braid and added ribbon and
flowers through it. I used the braid to drape throughout the table. I also
bought the letter of the little girl’s first name and wrapped it in yellow yarn
to make her braid. For all my printables I used Lauren Haddox Designs and you
can purchase these great party printables by clicking on this link: http://www.etsy.com/shop/LaurenHaddoxDesigns
The menu included: Cupcakes,
Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Chocolate Covered Marshmallows, Cake Batter Puppy
Chow, Cake Ppos and Rice Crsipy Pops.
